Giving Thanks

Feminist Sonar has been operational for about a year and a half now. In that time, it has grown from a one-woman snarkfest, to a website with multiple guest authors and more coming on board.

Tomorrow is Thanksgiving, and like my authors, I’ll be taking the rest of the week off to spend time with my family. In this case, my husband and I are sneaking off for a few days alone.

But today, I want to say thank you, to Andrea, Ruth, Jess, Tracy, and all the anonymous contributors from the Sexual Assault & Disability series (which will be rebooted in the spring.)

I am thankful for the people whose guest posts are waiting in my inbox for the time when I move, so that I don’t have to worry about what comes next on the site.

My husband who has been supportive of this from day one, and who supports the work I do, for that I also am extremely grateful.

And of course, I give thanks for my readers. Without whom I would merely be posting into a void. Thanks for reading, tweeting, emailing and liking the site on facebook. Your support means the world to me.

Have a great Thanksgiving (for my Americans), Hanukkah, and rest of the week. I’ll see you all Monday with a new post.

Cheers and thanks to you all!

Cheers and thanks to you all!
