    No one should be made to feel unsafe in their own neighbourhoods. Those men were such cowards to do what they did. I often wonder how those assholes would react if something like that happened to their mothers, daughters, or wives.

    As a person with a visual impairment, it was probably more terrifying for you than someone who could meet their gaze. To them you were easy prey and it is disgusting they even remotely thought that was okay.
